Free Flows at the Palace: Yoga, Community & Connection in the Heart of Mitchell

With the sister brand of The Hot Spot Movement Co, we believe movement should be accessible, welcoming, and filled with joy—no matter where you are on your journey, physically, emotionally, mentally, or even financially.

That’s why this summer; we’re stepping outside and flowing freely—right in the heart of our hometown.

These flows are designed to bring together locals and visitors alike for an hour of grounding movement, breath, and community.

  • June 7 & 21

  • July 12 & 25

  • August 2 & 16

  • September 6 & 20

These free community classes are for everyone—whether your brand new to yoga, returning after a long time away, or just looking for a breath of fresh air and movement in a welcoming space.

No sign-up required. Just bring a mat, a water bottle, and an open heart.

But that’s not all. We’ve partnered with two incredible local businesses—Bradley’s Pub & Grill and Main Street Mercantile—to offer exclusive coupons for those who join us. Because wellness gets even sweeter when it’s supported by community.

So come for the yoga. Stay for the farmers market. And leave feeling a little more grounded, supported, and connected.

We believe in showing up—for each other, for our town, and for the next breath. And this summer, we invite you to show up, too.

Because wellness doesn’t have to live inside four walls.

Sometimes, it’s right under the open sky—on the grass, near the corn, beside your neighbors.

We’ll see you there. 🧡
